![]() ![]() The effectiveness of sustainable river management depends upon the natural performance of river ( Brierley & Fryirs, 2000 ). Sustainable river basin management will be effective for Bangladesh if it will be designed based on the hydro-morphological characteristics of a river. Sustainable river basin management will ensure sustainable management of reclaimed land. Sustainable management of reclaimed land needs proper monitoring, government intervention, and modification of old land laws and regulations. Rebeka Sultana, in Modern Cartography Series, 2021 31.4 Recommendations/toward a sustainable management policy The recovery of cropland affects not only local climate but also the bordering region's regional climate. As a result, various sorts of land reclamation are involved. Because of various forms of land recovery involving land use/land coverage and cropland management modes, changes in geophysical parameters including latent heat flux and sensible heat flux will lead to different effects on the near surface temperature. Professor BS Maslov provides several important measures of agricultural land reclamation such as the following: Agromelioration measures for agricultural land rehabilitation (plowing, harnessing, mulching, etc.), water improvement for soils (hydromelioration), and agrowood improvements (creativity of forest belts for moisture retention and evaporation reduction) ( Maslov, 2009). This process is managed through the change from the geological circulation to the organic water and cindery components ( Maslov, 2009). Agriculture and land restoration have as their principal purpose to handle a water cycle and provide nutrients in view of increasing soil fertility. Professor VV Shabanov delivers a science on radical enhancement of all key variables in plants of the environment to take intensive land reclamations. They should be constantly enhanced, improved, and hence no fundamental differences exist between agroprocesses and technical improvements. The results reveal that land reclamation in agricultural lands will contribute to several land transformation processes, leading to an increase in regional latent heat flow as well as the reduction in sensitive heat flows. Qu et al., 2013 ( Qu et al., 2013) used the Weather Research and Forecasting model to anticipate energy flow and temperature fluctuations associated with future land reclaiming in India and then examined the consequences of land reclaim for climate change thematic effects of farmed land reclamation. In reality, it must be fixed that the soil of an arable land and other farmland is not soil generated by evolution. Either they are totally unproductive or not growing in that situation. As agriculture has become cultural, it must always be remembered that agricultural crops are not allowed to live under any given condition. Land reclamation of agricultural land is classified into types by adjustable factor. Pravat Kumar Shit, in Modern Cartography Series, 2021 1.2.1 Reclamation of cultivated land ![]()
